I don’t know even where to start. There are not enough adjectives for me to use. Joe Agnelli was a god send! After working 45 years in the same role for one of Massachusetts biggest employers I was retiring with significant repetitive injury damage. My neck suffered the worst along with my hands and carpal tunnel surgery provided little relief. I was referred to Joe and he immediately took charge.
