Window World of Boston is highly regarded for its professionalism and quality service. Customers appreciate the clear communication and efficient processes. The installation crew was first class, quick, efficient, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The windows are very efficient, with no more drafts and using less heat. The owner and general manager provide exceptional customer service, personally evaluating and resolving any issues. Many clients have returned for additional work and highly recommend the company for its friendly and respectful service.
Excellent customer service. The staff of Window World was great in every respect. The sales rep spent a fair amount of time with me in developing the estimate. A second staff member came out to the house to verify all measurements, etc. We replaced close to 40 windows as well as 2 doors. The installation crew was first class. The windows and doors look great and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived!! Subsequently needed to address some minor issues. The owner as well as the general manager came out to the house to personally evaluate the issue. Within 2 weeks the issue was resolved. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Window World. I intend to use them again for some additional work!!
We had to replace our entire front door with side lights on our townhouse condo. We contacted 3 different companies, before deciding on Window World. It was like the story of Goldilocks. One company wanted more than twice the price and was high pressure to sign for a discount today. The next one had three different companies to deal with, the sales company, the manufacturer, and the installer. Who takes full responsibility? The answer, no one. I talked with someone and that's what happened to them. Window World had a good price, they build it, they sell it, and they install it. Chris and Tia did a great job installing it. They made sure it was sealed up well, and made sure everything looked great when they were done. It only took them a few hours. They also knew Patrick, the salesman, who was very helpful in explaining everything to me about the product, and the company. We would definitely recommend them.
