I like the technician that I’m working with now. But the turnover is pretty high. If you’re not home and they’re due to come, they will take care of outside and not go inside. That’s not good at all. Do you want the technicians to come inside? so don’t miss your emails for the reminder. Very difficult making appointments.. the service that they have for inspectional services. I don’t recommend you do it. It felt as it was all sales. They were trying to upsell me, saying how bad the mice problem was at my house. When it actually is not bad at all. They have some service where it actually guarantees no mice, but that was the upsell nearly 6 grand ugh lol

Technician called to confirm he was enroute and arrived as expected. Technician discovered the point of infestation and treated the area. Three weeks later still no signs of infestation.

We have very happy with the services Terminix has been providing us. I can't put into words the feeling you get when you discover mice/rats in your home. It's upsetting to say the least. Terminix came right out and almost immediately we noticed a very big difference. Josh our service tech always lets me know when he will be by. He is very professional and does his job great. He made sure all holes were sealed so nothing else could get in our home. We are very grateful for the service Terminix provides.
Edit: we still have Terminix and we are still very satisfied
