Seaver contacted me after I informed them of a problem with a loose board on the porch roof and sent two people to make the repair. Considered the project has already passed the warranty period it shows that Seaver cares about their customers and makes sure that the job is done right. Although it took a little time, everyone is busy, they did contact me before my previous review went public and took care of the business. I am grateful for their service; they've earned a 5-star rating from me.
