Elias snd NE Reglaze hit a decorator home run with their reglazing job on our beloved antique claw foot tub. We own an early 19th Century home, love all of its unique decor, and are diligent in preserving its charm. We have high (verging on unrealistic!) standards for work done here, and do not give such high praise often.The scheduler was responsive, flexible and understanding about a delay on our end. She called to remind us of the appointment and check in on our convenience.Elias was a good communicator, pleasant with us and our large dog, and very efficient, finishing well within the timeframe predicted. Got the job done properly. Very courteous. Worked in a clean and efficient manner. Cleaned up afterwards. No mess. Reasonable pricing and thoroughly explained the care requirements. Kudos.
The technicians arrived exactly on time, wore a mask to meet me and did an AMAZING job - my tub and tile look brand new - such an amazing facelift and awesome way to revive an old bathroom on a budget. Planning on calling again for some kitchen backsplash tile.
