A tenant with a 4 year old child is moving to our place in Somerville MA and is very concerned about lead. I contacted half a dozen lead inspectors. Rob was the most responsive, helpful and reasonably priced (by a wide margin). Within 10 days of reaching out to Rob the place has been tested, mitigated (Crane carpentry - also amazing!), re-tested and with a lead certificate. Rob was very helpful and transparent throughout the process. I would not reach out to anyone else should I need another lead inspection.
We recently had Rob carry out a lead inspection, and subsequent re-inspection following remediation, and had a fantastic experience. He was excellent throughout, made everything clear and easy, and was a pleasure to work with!
Rob was our lead inspector and did an excellent job. Thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He took the time to explain what he was finding and why it mattered. Highly recommend.
