no one answers phone calls, nor returns calls.Update: finally booked an appointment by text messages. a very small room. no gown were provided for a 45min facial. more interestingly, no steam machine was used, very different from other facials I had. so I don't think all blackheads were deep cleaned.will not return to this place.
