Prior to hiring John to build our addition, we had 2 previous contractors redo our kitchen and bathrooms. We were sooo unsatisfied with the workmanships and time to completion that we put off our addition and were contemplating selling our home. John is a neighbor of ours and was renovating his house so I was able to watch the project come to life. I was so impressed with the workmanship as well as the management of the project that I setup a meeting. He is very honest about what to expect as far as cost. I was so impressed with our meeting that I select John right off the bat. SUPER Satisfied with the work and time to completion. The project consisted of new foundation with over 2000 square feet of living space. The project started in October and was completed in February the following year. Would recommend him and his crew to anyone. Class Act!!! PS: Don't let his age scare ya He is an avid Bee Keeper, has a huge vegetable garden, roller blades and ride his bike with his friend into Boston from Woburn. The man never stops!!
