I have had HomeServe since the gas company stopped offering service contracts. The company is very responsive. I try my best to get the same 2 technicians. Brian and Jeff are very knowledgeable. I just had them out because my boiler shut itself off two consecutive nights. Jeff came out and diagnosed a problem. He had the part ordered and it was delivered to me in two days. I called when I received it and Brian and Bill came out the same day to install it. Brian diagnosed I needed another part. He had that part ordered. The very next day Dan called to tell me the part was there for me. He scheduled Jeff the following day. Jeff did a great job rewiring my entire system....read full review

Tuneups take a long time to schedule but any emergency they are here immediately. 100% would recommend
