We'd had a positive experience with them before, so I called them to give us a quote for two small jobs. Their response to my request for a quote was timely and professional (good); The quote came, stating what the price would be if we did both -- but not (as I had requested) a price for doing one job without the other. Despite two emails, my attempt to get clarification was met with silence. So I sent in the deposit for just one of the jobs, following the instructions provided. Some two weeks later I get an email response saying the price would be higher. When I followed up with additional questions, I was again ignored. What I communicated with the salesman was not executed by the installers. A salesman showed up, wrote up a quote, I ask questions and he says just tell the foreman when he comes on install say. Then headquarters calls one day prior to install, won't listen to requested adjustments. On install day, crew and foreman show up and conveniently not one speaks English so they force install on bad plans. Now I'm stuck with a fence I have to adjust my landscaping to make it look right. Reliable was the cheapest of all bids and I shouldn't have listened to others, you get what you pay for. Going to have to spend more to have it corrected. Had a wood stockade fence put up by UnReliable Fence three years ago for $8,000. Called recently when I discovered one post was defective and just flapping in the breeze. They sent someone out to review, then sent me an invoice for $400 to replace ONE post! Told me that warranty is only good for one year, period, end of story. Mind you, these were allegedly pressure treated posts. I'm now hoping this post was an aberration, and not the rule, or else the entire fence will be falling down in short order. Would never recommend UnReliable or used them again.
