worst pest control company imaginable.they took it upon themselves to spray my house,without any authorization, and are now billing me $400.a complaint against Ehrlich has been filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.Service: Termite inspection

I had Bain Pest Control, and they were amazing!! But then JP Pest purchased it, which was fine. But then Elrich purchased JP and that's when things went downhill. My service kept getting postponed without any notification. Ants started coming into the house and they still wouldn't prioritize coming to service my home. So unfortunately I had to leave and find service elsewhere. No sense paying for service if you won't get service in return.

This is for the Manchester, NH Ehrlich Pest Control. Had an appt for the outside of house cause no one would be home. Got an email invoice with notation "no one at home, tried ringing bell, no answer. Went ahead and did outside of house." The invoice had picture of the house, only it wasn't our house- it was the neighbor's house. I emailed this info back to them as well as cancelled my next appt for the inside of the house when I'd be home. I got a reminder call for my cancelled appt- I called back and cancelled as well as emailed again to confirm cancellation. Got a call/voicemail this morning from their technician "Oh you weren't home so I did the outside, correct house this time." I immediately called back and said "I cancelled this appointment _3_ times. Technician "Oh, ha ha, I guess no one told me!" What an idiot!!! How about "Oh, I am sorry, I don't know what happened..." or something similar. Their (lack of) communication is horrible. Would not recommend this business to anyone!!!
