This is the parent company of GraphPad Prism, a software widely used in the biomedical community, of which I am part. This community is funded in large part by tax payers and charitable donations.

GraphPad Prism has revised its licensing terms and conditions, moving to a restricted named‑user licensing model and implementing a significant price increase. This is a thinly veiled price gouge designed to extract the maximum amount of money from research institutions, charities, and the tax payer. It means the software is no longer viable for our group to use and reduces our capacity to access the data we have previously acquired.
