I have been Chevy Chase Dessange's client for the last couple of decades, and was always felt welcome and well-served. However, unfortunate, over the last six months, the front desk client interaction has really gone downhill. I have left a review for James Carter (the manager) for possible intervention and staff training, after the first incident.
