Our son Michael started at Elite Freestyle Karate in Arlington when he was just 6 years old. He’s now 14, earned his black belt a few years ago, and is still training and progressing toward his next degree. Looking back, enrolling him was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents.

When he started, he was an impulsive kid who often ignored rules. The changes didn’t happen overnight — they were gradual, steady, and real. This place is amazing. 5 1/2 years ago we relocated from Chicago to the Boston area and we were looking for something for our 11 year old son. The folks at Elite Freestyle offered a few free beginners classes and my son was instantly hooked. He's made incredible friends and had wonderful teachers over the years. He's grown so much as a leader thanks to EFK. Last year he began working as a junior instructor and this year he was promoted to sempei. We are so grateful to EFK and highly recommend them.

My son started Elite Freestyle Karate in Winchester this year and absolutely loves it. The team of senseis is amazing—very knowledgeable, supportive, and great with kids. The classes are well structured and really help build confidence. There is also a wonderful community with lots of events. Highly recommend!
