I have been a loyal customer to Bisou for over three years. I never request someone specific, because all of the nail technicians are usually great. I went today and ran 15 minutes past my appointment time (entirely my fault), and they accommodated which I was grateful for. However, they changed my pedicure service and shortened my appointment, skipping leg massage, etc. I understand that being late for an appointment has consequences for a small business, but it was a week day at lunch time and it was not very busy. My wife and I were early to an event the other day so we decided to get pampered a little bit. We lucked out and managed to get an appointment at Bisou Nail Bar. Let me just say the staff is very friendly and personable. It was a great experience overall for my wife and I. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere. We loved that it was super clean. My wife was extremely excited about her nails and couldn’t stop talking to her friends about it. I strongly recommend this place!
