Our furnace fully broke Saturday and we called and left a message. An hour later we got a call back and worked out a time for Bruce and Kyle to come out and look to see what could be done. They both provided a list options as well as a lot of information and estimates and left us with pamphlets. We had to replace our entire furnace. No other option there. These guys were amazing. They had the new furnace delivered and installed that following Thursday. They layed out rugs in our entrance to protect the floors. They spent all day working hard to get it installed. We cannot say enough positive things about Kyle!!! We just bought a home in Hubbardston, MA, with an oil tank indicating 3/4 full. 24 hours after moving in yesterday, it was freezing cold; thermostat set at 68, temp 60! Come to find out (compliments of Kyle who responded within an hour) our oil tank was DRY with a blocked gauge. This was on a Saturday and we had yet to establish a contract with an oil company and therefore struck out until we found this service with Kyle at the helm. He not only diagnosed the problem, but went far and beyond to find an emergency oil delivery for us through his personal contacts. All that and a more than fair price. My furnace blower motor died two days before Thanksgiving. The gentlemen at Bruce's Burner Service were able to come out to replace it within an hour of calling them. They were quick and professional, an I was up and running again less than an hour after they arrived.
