Amazing spa! I recommend the fire & ice as well as the float. Both offer a relaxing experience while providing your body with the recovery and relaxation it needs.
Sara is the greatest massage therapist to exist. She listens is very kind, she is dedicated, and very personable. The price for 90 mins is on point. I will find a way to keep seeing her for the forseable future. I strongly recommend this place for 90 minute swedish massages.
My friend and I tried Rejuvenate for the first time today! We did a 2 person float and then a 20 minute session in the sauna. I’ve never done either so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff at the front quickly went over everything and let us ask any questions if we had them, other than that, it was a very self directed experience. After the float, I felt any muscle tension I had was lessened and felt very much at ease. They provided towels, ear plugs, head rests, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for after you get out. I was able to shower off all the salt and cool myself off before heating up again in the sauna. I really enjoyed it. I already booked another session. Had no idea this place existed. Highly recommend trying a session!
