My iPad Pro screen got cracked (so I thought) and I dropped it off to be replaced. Turns out that I had a glass screen protector, so the actual screen was fine. The guy called me to inform me, and offered to put a new one on. He even went to pick up the once thought necessary replacement screen at a different location for a faster return. Overall very thankful for the honesty, and the willingness to help their customers. Side note, make sure the actual screen is cracked 🤪
