Love coming here to Valvoline in Wilbraham. Took great care of me got me in and out in minutes did not pressure me into buying anything. I Would recommend anyone coming to Boston Rd Valvoline in Wilbraham. Great customer service as well. Thank you to the service center manger Damien and the team Luis, Zach, Salem, Jose and Stanley for helping me out. Rate a 10/10 service! I would definitely be coming back again.
I came for a full synthetic oil change and the customer experience was fantastic! After going to Jiffy Lube the last few times, this was such a dramatic difference. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to interact with and they all did an excellent job. I will definitely be back in 7,000 miles!
Damien is running a crew here; the customer service the INFORMATION is AWESOME! He helped me to understand what services I needed and most importantly helped me reset the Maintenance required light on my car!!!! (The other Valvoline in Chicopee didn’t even do that or check my cabin air filter)
Although I paid more than I wanted (because of the filter) I am content with the service and how nice everyone was!
