I've been going here since they opened. I have never had a bad exoerience. Obviously they try to upsell services like they are supposed to, but they're never pushy or try to scare you into paying them for additional services. They've earned a loyal customer

Wow, I was just floored! Never, in my entire 65 years, have I had such a pleasant experience. An oil change that doesn't take hours...who knew?!?The young men were all professional, amiable, and quick. They pointed out some issues, for which I was not prepared, though I did go back later to have a new battery installed. I will be going back in the future, though the next time I need an oil change, I will have to go to a full service mechanic...the staff at Valvoline found that someone had stripped the oil drain plug, probably the dealership, since they have been working on my vehicle up to this point. They actually had to siphon my oil from the top of the engine...read full review
