We were in a race to replace our hot water heater before its slow leak got worse. Bill was great to communicate with. We were lucky and the hot water heater was covered under warranty. Once I got the return authorization number, Bill took care off the rest. He promptly came on our scheduled day and was able to swap out the hot water heater in no time.
