I love Whitman Wellness Center. I've been taking their yoga classes sevreal days a week and the instructors are amazing. Such an accepting and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended

This was an unexpected outing, and Jess was so fantastic leading us in yoga practice. More effectively than most people who do what she does, she found a way to focus us on controlling our breathing in order to hear our thoughts. It was therapeutic and powerful.
