My experience with Kristina's energy and body work was heavenly. She welcomed me into a peaceful, warm and comfortable treatment room. We discussed my needs and I confidently prepared for the treatment table. She gently approaches you with your chosen essential oil and continues to connect with you. During our pretreatment chat I expressed discomfort in one of my shoulders. She took her time and addressed my shoulder discomfort with gentle compassion as was the whole massage and reiki treatment. I was always hesitant to try Reiki and it is one of those things that I wish I did sooner! But, I am so happy I waited for Kristina to introduce me to it. She is such a calming presence and walks you through everything at your pace. Her massages are healing and I always leave her feeling lighter. I highly recommend booking a reiki and/or massage session with Kristina as soon as you can! Enjoy!
