I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this experience was. They came out immediately and gave me a fantastic quote. Everything from texting the office to the crew was unbelievable. The crew was so efficient. They cleaned up my yard the street was perfect. I had 3 pine trees removed and stump grinding was also done. I was so impressed by there work. Every time I had a question I texted the office and they got right back to me. I called 5 companies to get different quotes and they gave me appointments that were 5 days out. We had a tree snap during a recent storm that was leaning over our pool yard and shed. We called and Lisa called us back within hours, had someone out first thing in the morning for an estimate and the next day had a crane at our house removing said tree and other trees that would be a future issue. Great service from beginning to end, fair pricing with fast responses to all questions. Lisa was very kind and reassuring. Will definitely be using Mass Bay Tree again!
