I cannot say enough amazing things about Mass Bay Tree! We had 4 MASSIVE pine trees in our backyard in an area that's tough to access due to being on a small back road with no real space to work, and we were worried about them damaging our property or one of our neighbors'. In addition, we had a massive oak tree in our side yard, and a number of stumps from trees that had been removed from the property previously. After quotes from 2 other local outfits, Jarrod came up to our door. He was friendly, easy to talk to, clearly knowledgeable about trees (and the removal process), open and honest, and gave us more than a fair price comparative to the competition.... read full review
They did a great job and left my property cleaner than they found it. If they say a tree is bad, believe them. One I had not planned to cut was hollow to the ground. It would have hit my deck if it came down on its own.
Incredibly polite and helpful. Helped us get our cat down from a tree when no other company would and at a reasonable price a well. Both men I spoke with were extremely kind and provided amazing assistance. Would recommend to anyone looking for any kind of service.
