South Shore Prime Collision

I found South Shore Prime Collision via a Google search. I stopped by and talked with Gilvan the owner. That conversation sold me on doing business here. I had front passenger side damage after being sideswiped by a hit and run driver. I planned on paying out of pocket. Gilvan was personable, honest, and very knowledgeable about the repair options. The price was fair and very reasonable (compared with 2 other estimates) and work was completed in 3 days as promised. Most importantly, the work was terrific. Gilvan and his crew took care of my car after I needed some painting and body work done after a hit and run. They did a great job, my car looked brand new when I went and picked it up. It was my first time having to deal with insurance companies and needing a rental car which is stressful but Gilvan helped me navigate this process and made it an easier. I’d recommend this business if you are in need of some quality body work or collision services. Another positive is that I could reach out for updates on the status of repair via text or call and I always got a response.

South Shore Collision has helped me on several occasions - a new bumper, new paint job, headlight assembly and cable, etc. The quality of the work is always excellent and affordable!
