Paul was an excellent communicator from my very first contact with him, which was an email on his website, all the way through to the work that he and his team accomplished very professionally.We thought we should get new lighting installed when our previous ones seemed to be falling down from the ceiling. Paul diagnosed the problem from just one photo I sent him, and was very clear on both the time and cost estimate.I ordered the lighting hardware, got an estimated date, and scheduled a day for him to do the work. We hired Paul to upgrade our electrical service after using him for some minor repairs. He was outstanding. He presented us with several options that were completely priced and explained the pros and cons of each. Once we settled on a plan, he coordinated with the Hingham Town departments including water to relocate the meter and ensure the installation was up to code. Once the preparation was completed, he showed up on time and completed the work with the assistance of his apprentice Paul on time. Paul is our go-to electrician for anything. He always responds promptly and gets the job done. We recently performed an upgrade of our service and he coordinated all aspects with the town and utility company. He gave us a complete quote and explained the options including pricing and schedule. He and his assistant arrived when they said and performed the job efficiently with no surprises. They were courteous, respectful and cleaned up after the job was done.
