I could not recommend Dr. Maywald enough! Dr. Maywald has been a huge part of my recovery with various injuries and health issues over the past decade. After years and endless doctors visits, I began seeing Dr. Maywald and was able to get out of debilitating chronic pain. I could not have done it without him!
He has always listened to what I say and believes what I am feeling. Dr. Maywald will go above and beyond to figure out what is causing you pain and provide relief. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and explain what he is doing so I understand what I am feeling and why.

My son had a sports injury prior to covid. Dr. Maywald worked wonders with him. Came for pain management and continued with sports therapy and body mechanics.Worked so well for my son, I became a patient. Years of pain unmanageable by physical therapy alone. Now I've had years of relief without further visits. However, it's time to return. I highly recommend. Don't think just backs. My son was his arm and shoulder. Mine was shoulder, back, and knee.
Dr. Maywald uses a balance of eastern and western medicine techniques to treat the whole person. His intake can be a little offputting with some deep questions, but once you get to know him and understand his personality, he is caring and quite knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter so you need to be upfront and honest with him and he will address your concerns. I've had great success with his treatment and after about 5 sessions only need to go back periodically as needed for an adjustment. I'd highly recommend his services.
