Terribly unprofessional. I called first to make sure there was time for a walk in 90 min session. Was told yes. When I got there 3 mins later, she then proceeded to say only time for one hour which okay fine no problem. She starts the session but then was texting and took phone calls while working on me. And then cuts the massage short and says only had time for 30 mins. And had the audacity to ask for a tip.

I wanted to like them-they were able to get me in within half an half hour from when I called. However a few things came up-I asked for their price over the phone and they said 60 for an hour, which was misleading. They quoted me the price if you pay cash. When I went in and was already in the room I noticed a sign on the wall that told me then that using a credit card was more money. I usually allot 60 for a 60 min massage and 10/12 for a tip. Due to the principal of this situation I did not feel I should pay more by finding out there was a difference by chance and also give the same percentage for a tip. I knew it was potentially going to be uncomfortable when I checked out, which it was. The lady made a face and asked me about the tip (which is also unprofessional in my eyes) and I explained that since the massage was more money than expected part of the tip money would be going to it. Not that they even really deserved a tip after my experience. I had also asked ahead on the phone if I could do 90 minutes and they agreed. In person one lady agreed again...then left and talked to another woman. She then came back to say she only had time for a 60 minute massage. I was already taking my shoes off at this point. I decided to stay and just do the 60 min even though I knew my body really needed and wanted the extra time. Then, she did not offer to adjust the pressure and gave me more of a Swedish massage vs a deeper tissue massage. I commented that I had a lot of tight knots and liked deep pressure but the pressure did not change. I think she asked me once during the hour if I was ok-at this point there were a lot of things I was not ok with, where to begin? Ha! Needless to say, I won't be "back" again. Save your time and go elsewhere-there are a lot of Asian massage places on the south shore that will do a better job/be more professional.
