We hit something in road during the storm yesterday, car would not move in a busy street in Weymouth. Express came super fast via AAA and the guy was awesome! Despite the wind, on the driver side on a busy road, he managed to reconnect something under the car that allowed us to drive it home. He even ran to let our mother (who came to pick us up) know she can leave so we didn’t have to go out in the rain. She was tickled he called her mom and told her to get home safe. Was so kind and helpful!
I had called AAA and they had Express towing the service guy to come and give me a jump he tried everything to give me a jump, but the car will not start so he put in for a flatbed to come and get my car to bring it to the shop. He was very professional. I’m very respectful the same I could say for a flatbed operator. I was very happy with express towing. I will highly recommend them and I definitely give them a five star
I called AAA on 12/4/2025 becaus3 my car wouldnt start. They sent out someone to test the battery. The driver, Deondrae from Express Towing was great. Starting your day with a dead battery is no fun, but he immediately made me feel at ease with his smile and pleasant demeanor. He tested and replaced my battery quickly, so I could get to work. I hope he knows what a great job he is doing and that first impressions and how he handled himself turned my whole day around. Both compaines should be proud of his work and know he handled the whole encounter with professionalism and is a great representation of both AAA and Express Towing! Thank you, Deondrae!!
