I cannot possibly say enough good things about this firm. Joe and Trish worked to complete our real estate transactions; whereas we were both buying and selling at the same time—great, if everything goes accordingly, but that is not always the case when dealing in real estate. Trish worked tirelessly on our transactions in getting things done, and never became annoyed with my many questions! Needless to say we are happy and our buyers are happy. Thank you Trish and Joe!

My experience with Curran & Desharnais has been nothing less than excellent. Joe and his team are caring, ethical, innovative, and brilliant. I had never needed a lawyer in this capacity before so the whole process was new to me and my family. When we did have questions, his responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. They were able to sort out every roadblock that came up on our accident case successfully and I don’t think most attorneys would have the experience, ability, or fight to do so. The outcome was even better than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend him. If you need a real competent lawyer Joe would be the guy.

Dealing with Joe Curran and Trish has been nothing short of amazing. I have used them for two closing now, and they really do work for you. The most recent closing was extremely lengthy and difficult and I really felt that Trish did everything possible to make this go as smoothly as possible.
