The amount of time they have to commit doesn't always get everything I'd like done, but that's as much my doing as theirs. When I need a more intensive clean I either do a better job of pre-cleaning so they can really scrub or I schedule more time. They pay attention to requests - if there's something in particular that needs attention (or that I want them to leave be) I just leave a post-it note.
