I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. The exam was efficient but never rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and well-managed. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

Westwood Eye Care is a wonderful practice. Dr. Lavallee and staff are pleasant, efficient, and concerned for you and your eye related needs from the time you walk into the office. I have recommend them to a number of friends. They take care to make convient appointments for you and follow up with reminder notices.

I have worn glasses since 4th grade. I am 37. Dr Weiss is the single best optometrist I have ever seen. I have keratoconus, a degenerative eye condition that causes really bad astigmatism. Even with glasses I always still have a little astigmatism blur, my entire life. I just got my new prescription and it’s the clearest I have ever seen EVER. Usually when you get new glasses it takes a while to adjust to the new lenses. Not these. Put them on. It felt like miracle glasses.
Not only is she SO good at her job, she’s nice and funny and has great chat when you’re doing your test. The women at the front desk are all extremely lovely and pleasant. They also did not try and upsell me on a bunch of expensive lenses. They asked if I’d like a glasses consultation. I politely decline and they didn’t push at all, allowing me to order glasses elsewhere. I cannot recommend this doctors office enough. 10 stars.

Dr. Temple was excellent and flexible. My appointment was for a contact check. Instead she had to evaluate me for a detached retina. She checked in with me after the appointment to make sure I found someone for surgery.

They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain to me what they were doing during my exam, and why, and put me completely at ease. They also have a terrific selection of eyeglass frames. I have no plans to go anywhere else for eye care!
