My 90 year old father needed attic insulation to allow his new mini split to operate efficiently. Texted Ray Jones at 7pm at night. Not only did he respond to my text immediately, he was at my father's address at 10AM the next morning. The estimate was in my email less than 24 hour later and on the schedule to be done in less than a week. To sum it up the company and staff, Ray Jones specifically, have once again met or exceeded expectations. I can confidently reccomend this company. We have had them do four or five jobs at different properties for us and unbelievably the experience keeps getting better! THANKYOU!!!
Richie’s insulation just installed gutters on our garage in Tiverton and cleaned the house gutters as well. It was a first class experience all the way. Tiffany in the office is a consummate professional who really gets what customer service is all about. The owner (Richie himself!) came to the house to make sure that everything was up to snuff. The installers, Jorge & Derek, were fantastic, very polite, efficient and meticulous. Great company and great experience!
