We recently hired Arch Masonry to remove and rebuild our chimney after it had begun to fail and was in need of significant repairs. Derek was accommodating and made time to meet around my schedule to review the project. Once demolition began, an unexpected pre-existing condition arose, and he addressed it quickly and professionally without delaying the work.
