As always AGS is very professional and responsive. The owner tried to help me out over the phone to avoid an emergency visit, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it was a bit more complicated and a tech had to come out. Upstairs bedrooms were almost 90 degrees so I really didn’t have an option to wait 5 days for their next available appointment. Tech was great, communicated the issue and fixed it within an hour. My only negative would be the cost. I personally find 297.50 for the first hour a bit pricy. But the saying is true, you get what you pay for. Have been and will continue to use AGS. ??
