I would give 10 stars plus! I have never seen such an organized team led by a great boss. Joe touched base with a nervous homeowner throughout the day and just that attention and the fact that his team is great made for a great experience. From start to finish it was smooth going and at the end of the day our yard was spotless. We have a fabulous new roof! Thank you Joe and your team!
Dion did a great job. We had a no B.S. consultation, Joe was honest and straightforward. His price was reasonable and fair. We felt the most confident in working with Dion. They also put up new shutters for us to match the new roof color. We have a large house and it took them roughly 1 and 1/2 days. The team was professional and hard working. They cleaned up very well. Had a dumpster and port-a potty delivered for the workers. We would most definitely recommend Dion! A+ in every way.
1. You talk to the local owners….not just salespeople. Lists of local houses with new Dion roofs provided so you could check out the colors were very helpful. 2. Dion has their own employees. The employees are not sub-contracted out. 3. Of course the shingles are warranteed. Every company puts on warranteed shingles. But is the work warranteed? Dion was….and 10 years was ample for us. 4. Owner (Joe) showed up to look at the process and ensure all was going as it should. 5. Flow of job worked flawlessly…port-o-potty delivered, shingles and material delivered, dumpster delivered. 6.
