Tayla was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I expressed what I was looking for in a hair style and she completely blew past my expectations. I wanted to lighten my hair tone with blonde highlights but was hesitant that it would look stringy. Tayla was so reassuring and blended my natural tones with the blonde!!
