I don't login to Google all that much for anything. I am now, however, because Kim Alley of Perkins & Antcil did an outstanding job in advising me on how to deal with unreasonable restrictions in a severance agreement. Additionally, she advised me to review my onboarding agreement (which she did on my behalf) to ensure I received all employment payments due to me.I'd recommend Kim to anyone who's overwhelmed by all of the traps in employment and/or severance agreements. She also made sure to listen, to gain better understanding of the context and history of things relevant to the employment situation.

My experience with Perkins and Anctil was nothing short of spectacular. They have a very dedicated and knowledgeable team. Scott Eriksen and his team helped us with a zoning issue on a warehouse we had purchased.The warehouse was situated within a residential neighborhood making it a non-conforming use (grandfathered). Prior to purchasing the property, we had received written approval to use the building as a warehouse from the Town Offices, but within months of the purchase we received a cease and desist letter from the zoning enforcement officer stating (our use of the property was not an allowed use).
