I’ve had good experiences with Greater Lowell before, but we saw Michael Fischer this last time and he was terrible to my kid. I was shocked at his condescension, his lack of interest in the bigger picture, cruel suggestions, and insensitivity. Zero stars for Fischer, probably 3 to 4 stars for GLP.

I was looking forward to enrolling my children here, but was told to fax in the medical records or bring in the printed copies. I have over 300 pages that would cost me a lot to print and then fax since I don’t have a printer at home and their old provider isn’t able to fax directly. I’m giving this rating just because they could modernize their system by having a secure email box where I could send the records. I chose to take my children elsewhere just for this reason since fedex, ups, staples would have charged me $600 to print and fax and it is just a hassle.

My children were seeing Greater Lowell pediatrics eversince they were born the staff and majority of the pediatrics were excellent and professional but recently I have seen a certain decline in their professionalism from the past wondering what is causing it? Maybe departure of some very dedicated pediatrics like Dr. Dubner
