We didn’t have a chance to use this service, but we had a 25-minute conversation with Clay King about best ways we could treat our groundwater-soaked carpet in the basement. He patiently offered options for us (he and everyone he uses were booked up), and gave us pointers for next steps. If this is the service for no fees, I can only imagine what the paid service is like!

Luke took care of my Moms house while she was dealing with a broken hip and chemotherapy. He then has waited extra while I took over her administrative stuff to get the homeowners insurance involved and stuff. I can’t recommend Luke enough.
