With hundreds of trees all around, woodpeckers started working on the siding around our chimney, and wouldn't stop. Andrew responded to my webform the morning of the next business day, and scheduled a visit from Nick, who was great, explaining everything in detail. He did everything that was promised over two visits, plus more, when he found rotting wood around the chimney. I hope no other critters cause problems, but if they do, I'll call Andrew - he runs an excellent business that delivers great service.
