Found WMWR to be very knowledgable about the wide variety of critters in my attic. Found their responsiveness and knowledge of structural issues (that allowed said critters in attic) to be very intelligent and accurate. Andrew was punctual with his work, but most importantly: effective! They were always ready to handle further issues, and most importantly: they helped to explain and handle the situation to the tenants. I found the work that was quoted and estimated to be very accurate of what was final.
