Our project was substantial. Demolition of the existing second-floor deck, construction of a new one, replacing all the shingles on the roof, a new gable location, 3 new footings and support columns, and new gutters that properly direct rain water.
Our project consultant, Tom, was excellent on every level— super friendly, always responsive to questions, and great with follow-up which made him a real asset throughout the project. Also, Tanya in the office was super professional, friendly and kept us up to date with everything.
The crew was outstanding. They were hardworking, professional, friendly and focused.They showed up ready to work every day and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. Also, they kept the site organized throughout and did an excellent job with the final cleanup.
