“I had a leak in my roof that caused a minor leak in atenant's ceiling last August. While I had several of my go-to guys take a look, no one was able to identify the actual leak. (I should mention this is an aging tenant who was unable to tolerate the dripping of the leak or the fear that the ceiling would cave in while they slept). In desperation, I called twenty roofers. Several got back, but said they would only do repairs on roofs they had installed. The guy who repairs my roof was unable to locate the leak. Scott, the owner of Supreme, got right back to me. Although they rarely do residential jobs, when I explained the situation with the aging tenant, he came by on a SUNDAY afternoon to take a look and sent two of his crew that week to make a temporary repair.
