I’ve had the pleasure of being a client of Puffer’s for 30+ years but recently moved out of the area. Over the years, I had the opportunity to experience many of their services and always found them to be top-notch. The stylists and estheticians are consistently professional, skilled, and attentive, and the front desk personable, and efficient.
A special shout-out to Judy Puffer for creating such a beautiful and relaxing spa environment, and to Anne-one of the best hairstylists around - for helping me enjoy many years of great hair days.

Katie was awesome. She let me have my appointment done in the lower level because I had a last-minute work meeting come up during my appointment. She went over my concerns about having too tight curls with my perm, consulted with another stylist for ideas, and the perm came out great with very loose waves. I am just so happy about the service and the results :)

My appointment was for a 50 minute deep massage. Amie listened to what I needed and did an amazing job. She let me relax while giving me instruction along the way. I’m a mother of 4 boys so that 50 mins of peace was well needed. I would definitely go back to see her again.
