I guess aging and a little vanity go hand in hand so I decided to pamper myself and get facial and a little skin care advice. I booked an appointment for a facial and I was paired up with Nicole. I had no idea what to expect but I left feeling confident that I made a good decision. Nicole was understanding, patient and willing to explain things that I could do to help my skin in detail. I almost fell asleep on the table. I would highly recommend coming here as everyone seemed to be very friendly. Thanks Nicole. I will be back to feel younger again.

I had the best experience at Puffers! My hair is((was)) red and is very thick and I have a ton of it. My stylist Rachelle was amazing and brought me to the beautiful blonde I wanted to be! My hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you for great conversation and beautiful healthy looking AND feeling hair !

I am not good at hair, never have been. It never looked the way I wanted it to, no matter what I tried.Until now. I booked an appointment with Jamie back in August and have been to see her twice since. When I booked the appointment I wrote my usual speech about not wanting anything special-- I don't like to take time on my hair, give me an easy wash and ready cut that flatters my face, etc.Jamie changed my mind about my hair completely. She showed me that I in fact have curls. She took the time in that appointment to show me how to properly care for my hair and how to style it in a way that is super easy and wicked cute.
