“Nixon Studio Rentals is quite literally the best place around. A client of mine needed a studio, but wanted to use me as the photographer, and this studio allowed just that and more.

Nixon was super welcoming and open right from the start. He helped me with the lighting settings on my camera and had plenty of props for use.

It was amazing to learn about Nixon, his art, and this amazing business he's developed.

Although the building may look sketchy on the outside, I've been there once before and felt completely safe both times. It's just a cool building full of creatives which is so inspiring.

The studio has plenty of backdrops, amazing natural and synthetic lighting, and it was just an all-round amazing experience.

Although this review is a year overdue, I hope you all give this studio the most time and attention because if you want to create something, this is the place to go.

“From the name on a a marque board on entrance to the warm welcome everything about my experience was superb!! Jennifer made my super nervous self feel excellent and carefree throughout my entire shoot. I am a very self conscious person and she made sure to work around my inhibitions and get the best shots. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!“
