Nixon Studio Rentals is quite literally the best place around. A client of mine needed a studio, but wanted to use me as the photographer, and this studio allowed just that and more.
Nixon was super welcoming and open right from the start. He helped me with the lighting settings on my camera and had plenty of props for use.
It was amazing to learn about Nixon, his art, and this amazing business he's developed.
Although the building may look sketchy on the outside, I've been there once before and felt completely safe both times. It's just a cool building full of creatives which is so inspiring.
