I have always gone there, they were my Drs office as a kid... I love their office but things definitely have changed. Before COVID you had the same Dr, a Dr that knew you your child and made it feel more comfortable going in to the office. It was easier to get your child in for sick visits and you could schedule them in advice as well as scheduling follow ups. For 8 years and 5 years my daughters had the same female Dr who we all loved. When she left my daughters have had different Drs. When calling for a sick visit it's like pulling teeth to get your office that you normally go to and when calling to talk to a Dr it's like a maze that never ends..I love the office I...read full review

Dawn at the Westfield location is so rude and disrespectful that my wife hung up in tears. She told me she dreads calling because of how Dawn talks to her. Dawn has an inappropriate and demeaning attitude and is completely unprofessional. Dawn seems to really dislike people calling for help. Dawn can't help contain her negative attitude. I advise the leadership team listen in to some of the interactions Dawn has with their clients and provide some much needed guidance on how to treat people with respect. If the leadership team cares about my feedback they should consider speaking with Dawn about her negative and unprofessional attitude.

My son has been going here since he was a baby. Everyone here is wonderful. Yesterday we saw Dr Conway and the way she truly listened and responded and took me seriously with my son's sick visit, she is amazing. We usually see Dr Peskin and he is great too. The triage nurses are all very helpful too - Laurel, Christy, Dawn, just everyone- I have no complaints.
