I'm honestly exhausted with Baystate. I've been ghosted for months. No answers to my questions or replies since September. I was supposed to have a couple referrals, medication trial and feedback, etc. and I can't get a response back via portal or call back. Just tired of having to continue to reach out time and time again for nothing.If you get to go in office the care is good, but it's just getting to that point that's exhausting.

Dianne Lavoie was absolutely fantastic! She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I didn't feel rushed at all. She took the time to go over everything. I highly recommend her, she is kind, compassionate and empathic. So happy with her!

I am so disappointed, and frustrated with the type of care I receive from this office. When someone is admitted into an urgent care And an emergency room You should be able to get an appointment immediately f.especially if you need one findings that are very concerning anywhere told to follow up
